1. Order Cancellation

At Smashdeal, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. Here's our order cancellation policy:

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page or call us at 8149895851. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. However, you can:

  • Refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives
  • Return the unopened package following our return policy

For orders cancelled before shipment, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Product Condition

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached

Packaging

Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

Documentation

Include the original invoice or order confirmation

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging and documentation
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Smashdeal is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. Here's what happens next:

Inspection Process

We will inspect the returned item(s) within 2 business days of receipt. You will be notified by email about the status of your refund after inspection.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • The refund amount will include the price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund Timeline

Refund processing times vary based on your payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards

5-7 business days after refund approval

Digital Wallets

1-3 business days after refund approval

Bank Transfers

7-10 business days after refund approval

UPI

1-3 business days after refund approval

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and is beyond our control.

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the details of the replacement item
  3. Our team will check the availability of the replacement item and provide exchange instructions
  4. Return the original item following the same process outlined in our return policy

Please note the following regarding exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item has a different price, you will either be charged the difference or refunded the difference
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was defective

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund, especially if you need the replacement quickly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and other reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

Personal Use Items

Earphones, headphones, and other personal audio devices

Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events

Additionally, the following conditions make an item non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or documentation
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products with removed or damaged manufacturer seals

If you receive a defective item that falls under the non-returnable category, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
