1. Shipping Areas

Smashdeal currently ships to all locations within India. We deliver to all major cities and most remote areas, though delivery times may vary based on location.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

We deliver to the following types of addresses:

  • Residential addresses
  • Commercial addresses
  • PO boxes (with some restrictions)

Some areas may have delivery restrictions or may require additional delivery time. If your area has any specific delivery constraints, our customer service team will contact you after you place your order.

2. Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the order value:

Standard Shipping

₹79.00 for orders below ₹499.00

Free Shipping

Available on all orders above ₹499.00

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is processed. The shipping cost will be added to the total order amount.

Please note that during special promotions or sales events, we may offer free shipping on all orders regardless of the order value. These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

For bulky or heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply. These will be clearly indicated on the product page before you add the item to your cart.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Here are our estimated delivery timeframes:

2-3 business days

Other Cities

3-5 business days

Remote Areas

5-7 business days

Express Delivery

1-2 business days (where available)

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

During peak seasons (like major sales or festivals), delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order in the following ways:

  • Click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visit our website and enter your order number and email in the "Track Order" section
  • Contact our customer service team with your order number

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot track your order after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.

For security reasons, detailed tracking information is only available to the customer who placed the order, using the email address provided during checkout.

5. Shipping Issues

We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered accurately and on time. However, shipping issues may occasionally arise. Here's how we handle common shipping problems:

Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or others at your address who might have received the package
  • Look around your property for alternative delivery locations
  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the indicated delivery date
Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved

We take shipping issues seriously and will work with you to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund.
